  • Everybody MUST Sign the Waiver Form before starting the session , we will handle them at the reception. 

  • All sessions must be prepaid in total prior to the start of your session

  • There will be a 20% No Show fee assessed on the total price of your Day booked session and 50% for the Night Session.

  • Being late for your session is not our fault and we can't allocate more time as all the sessions are pre booked. 

  • No new appointments will be scheduled after 4pm unless it is for the night session and we still have space available.

  •  Our information is sourced from educational materials\seminars provided by EE Systems.

  • Testimonials should be viewed as observations by individuals and not factual information.

  • Not everybody will have the same benefits/outcomes or results.

We will offer up to 50% discounted sessions for people with special needs or disabilities depending on availability
